Today we came in at 9:00 and unpacked. At 9:04 we lined up to go to music. In music we learned about Chopin and we played the ukuleles. After music at 9:45 we came back and we wrapped up calendar math for January and we did word of the day. Then we corrected the math homework from Friday. At 10:30 we went out to recess. After recess at 10:45 we came back in and we finished correcting our math homework. Then we did math. We got out math spirals and we wrote down the objectives for today. We worked on 5.3 from our Bits and Pieces 3 books. Then we tried to figure out X-(X*0.2) +(X*0.05) =60.At 12:10 we went to lunch and recess. After lunch recess at 1:05 we came back in and we took a math check up using our active votes. After the math checkup we had time to catch up on our Wrinkle in Time questions. Then we talked a little bit about Mystery Class. After talking about Mystery Class we had Ninja Time to get caught up on things that we needed to finish. At 3:25 we packed up and we went home at 3:30.
