Today we came in at 9:00 and unpacked. Then we did calendar math and word of the day. After everyone finished, Mr. Steele went over calendar math. After calendar we corrected our math homework from last night. Then at 9:45 we went to the computer lab. In the computer lab we researched about the people on our class money. At 10:30 we went out to recess. After recess at 10:45 we came back in and we finished correcting our math homework. When we finished we passed them forward and got our math spirals. Then we wrote down the objectives for the day and worked on 3.2 from our Bits and Pieces 3 math books. After math we did a little bit of science. We started talking about what a good scientific summary is and how it is written. At 12:10 we went to lunch and recess. After lunch recess at 1:05 we finished up science. We worked on step 5 of the scientific method. We wrote two summaries from the data table on the worksheet. After science we put our science binders away and got our DIG folders. Then we did DIG. We got into our teams and we worked on finished up the sketch of our mural. After DIG at 1:55 we packed up and went home at 2:00.
