Today we came in at 9:00 and unpacked. Then we did word of the day and calendar math. At 9:20 we lined up in the order tallest to shortest and went to the music room to get our class picture taken. Then we went to library. In library we worked with the almanacs again. At 10:30 we came back and went out to recess. At 10:45 we came back in and we did math. We got our new books and worked on the first unit. At 12:10 we went to lunch and recess. After lunch recess at 1:05 we came back in and we did science. We got in our groups and observed a flashlight, and a tea candle. At 1:55 we packed up and went home at 2:00.
