Day 142 - Carnival

Today we came in at 9:00 and unpacked. At 9:09 we lined up to go to the computer lab. In the computer lab we sat with our Mystery Class groups and we worked on our business letters, our top 10 book list, and figuring out the mystery location. At 10:00we came back and we did word of the day and calendar math day 142. Then we corrected our math homework from last night. At 10:40 we had a 5 minute break. At 10:45 we came back in and we did math. We took an assessment on unit 3. When we finished the test we read or worked on things we owed Mr. Steele. After math we did literacy. We wrote about both sides of an argument. At 12:10 we went to lunch and recess. After lunch recess at 1:05 we came back in and we did social studies. We got in our groups. First we read 3 chapters. Then we acted out how the great wall was built. After social studies we did science. We finished watching the science video we started yesterday. At 3:25 we packed up and went home at 3:30.
