The first day of school finally! we are now 6th graders and getting ready for the school year. Today we got new folders and new spirals Mr.Steele made sure we were organized and ready for the school year. We started this thing called calender math were we keep track of the calender and math of course. One folder is for are reading record were we read for 30 minutes and fill in what we read and how many pages we read till we stopped. We have one more folder we use a lot it is called the to-do folder where we put things we need to finish in there for later on. The spirals are the math spiral for when we do math we use this everyday for math. The next spirals are calender math,writing. We use the calender math spiral of course for calender math that i typed about in the beginning. We use the writing spiral for the book we are going to read we will talk about that the next day.

Read 30 Minutes and fill in Reading Record (RR)
