Today we came in at 9:00 and unpacked. Then at 9:04 we lined up to go to music. First in music we learned about the composer who wrote the Nutcracker ballet. Then we practiced singing for the all school sing-along. After music at 9:45 we came back and did word of the day and three days of calendar math. Then we took a math test so Mr. Steele could see where we were at. At 10:30 we went out to recess. After recess at 10:45 we came back in and we finished the test we started to do before recess. After we all finished, we started the project DIG. First we got into our teams and we shared the ideas we had and discussed what we were going to do. At 12:10 we went to lunch and recess. After lunch recess at 1:05 we came back in to do science. First we finished the step 3 part 1 sheet. Then we got the step 3 part 2 sheets and worked on them. After science we did literacy. First we finished up the questions for chapter 1. When we finished working on that, we finished our comic books and wrote as if we were the light bulb guy. Then we watched a little bit of the scientific method video. At 3:25 we packed up and went home at 3:30.
