Today we came in at 9:00 and unpacked. At 9:04 we lined up to go to music. In music we worked on the verses for don’t stop believing. After music at 9:45 we came back and we did word of the day. Then we went over the test on coverings and surroundings. At 10:30 we went out to recess. After recess at 10:45 we came back in and we set up the may calendar math. After calendar math we turned in our coverings and surroundings book and got our new math books. Then we worked on 1.1 from our new fillings and wrapping books. At 12:10 we went to lunch and recess. After lunch recess at 1:05 we came back in and we did writing. We worked on our introduction paragraphs of our persuasive essay. Then we switched with our partners so they could read it. After we read each other’s papers, we improved it. Then we had another partner read and evaluate. After writing we did science. We read about Newton’s experiment and rainbows. After science we did social studies. We read about the Han dynasty. At 3:25 we packed up and went home at 3:30.
