Today we came in at 9:00 and unpacked. AT 9:04 we lined up to go to PE. In PE we got to choose what we wanted to do. We could do the rope swing, scooters, rope climbing, hula hoops, or jump ropes. After PE at 9:45 we came back and we did word of the day and calendar math day 168. AT 10:30 we went out to recess. After recess t 10:45 we came back in and we corrected our math homework and passed it forward. Then we did math. First we made a cheat sheet in the back of our math spiral with all the equations we learned this year. Then we estimated how many “rice cream cones” fit in one cylinder that had the same height as the cone. After we estimated that it was about one-third, we worked on problem 4.2 in our math spirals. Then we started science. We had people read about the mixing of light. At 12:10 we went to lunch and recess. If we wanted to, we ate our lunch in the classroom. After lunch and recess we came back in and we finished up science. We finished working on 12.1 in our science binders. After science we did social studies. We finished reading chapter 25 about Greece and took the assessment on chapter 25.When we finished the test, we worked on our compare and contrast paragraph, me in 15 years art, and when we finished all of it, we started our persuasive essay to persuade Mr. Steele to either to ban homework or just keep it. Then we did Book Clubs. We got in our groups, read, and did our jobs. At 3:25 we packed, stacked and vacuumed. At 3:30 we left.
